E – business II

The call concerns:

The support of SMEs for the development of e-commerce, e-booking, e-payments etc. aiming at the integration of information and communication technologies in their operation.

To whom it is addressed: It concerns existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Applications will be submitted electronically via the State Aid Information System at www.ependyseis.gr/mis with the reference ‘e-business II’.

Area of application: Region of Epirus

Terms and conditions: The basic conditions of participation for companies submitting a proposal are as follows:

• To be active or to be active and to incur the corresponding costs in the Region of Epirus.
• Operate in ZIP codes not listed in Annex XIV of this call for proposals.
• They must have the declared ZIP code(s) before submitting the proposal.
• Operate exclusively in one of the following forms: corporate/commercial enterprises (Public Limited Company, Limited Liability Company, General Partnership, Limited Partnership, Private Limited Company, Private Limited Company, Partnerships) and sole proprietorships.
• They must not be firms in difficulty as defined in ANNEX XIII: Definition of firms in difficulty of this call for proposals.
• They must have been established before 1.1.2018.

What is funded: Eligible costs relate to investment expenditure on intangible and tangible assets incurred after the submission of the aid application and are broken down into the following categories:

• E(1): e-commerce
• E(2): electronic reservations
• C(3): Internal Organization, using ICT
• C(4): Production Management, using ICT
• C(5): Digital Promotion – Advertising – Management

Each beneficiary will be required to implement E(5) and at least one of the eligible actions E(1) or E(2).

Budget: The total public expenditure of the Call is estimated at 2.300.000,00€.

The budget of the investment projects that can be subsidized (subsidized budget) must be at least 5,000€ and up to a maximum of 15,000.00€, with an aid intensity of up to 80% of the subsidized budget.

Duration of projects: The duration of the projects may not exceed six (6) months from the date of adoption of the decision of inclusion.
