The pre-publication of the “e-\u03bb\u03b9\u03b1\u03bd\u03b9\u03ba\u03cc” action has been announced and the official publication is expected by the end of January at the latest. The main points of the pre-publication are as follows:<\/p>\n

ELIGIBLE UNDERTAKINGS<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \u0397ave as their Principal Activity the RETAIL TRADE<\/strong> (CN code 47 and its analytical codes with the exception of the fishing sector and the marketing of tobacco and tobacco products)\n
      \n
    • Existing: date of acquisition of the Master ID until 30\/9\/2019<\/li>\n
    • Newly established: date of acquisition of the Master ID from 1\/10\/2019 to 7\/11\/2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • \u039caintain a Physical Retail Store, i.e. a commercial space that welcomes and serves customers,<\/li>\n
    • \u0397ave suspended their operation for at least one day during the period from Wednesday 18 March 2020 onwards,<\/li>\n
    • Have completed<\/strong> (implementation, invoicing, payment and accounting of the relevant costs) in the period from 18\/03\/2020 until before the submission of the application, the creation or upgrade of an online store<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Submit one investment proposal per PPA.<\/li>\n
    • The total amount of de minims aid received by the enterprise in the past, including aid under this Action, does not exceed 200.000 \u20ac<\/strong>over a period of three years (current financial year and the two (2) previous financial years) preceding the date of accession of the proposal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      ELIGIBLE EXPENDITURE<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Each company (distinct VAT number) will be awarded a total grant up to the amount of 5.000,00 \u20ac<\/strong> for the acquisition of IT equipment and the implementation of intangible actions (Software\/Services) for the development\/upgrade and management of an e-shop. The eligible costs of the action are as follows:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Servers for the hosting of applications – software<\/strong> required for the creation\/upgrade and operation of the e-shop, with the accompanying components (keyboards, screen, etc.) and the required operating system. Acquisition in the form of Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) is also allowed<\/li>\n
      2. Computers (Desktop\/Laptop)<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Other technological equipment related to the creation\/upgrade and operation of the e-shop (e.g. Network equipment, Bar code readers, printers, etc.)<\/li>\n
      4. E-shop design, development\/upgrade and management services<\/strong> (it will operate in 2 languages, as well as in a mobile device environment – mobile responsive or dedicated mobile version and will be accompanied by the following software: ordering, warehouse and electronic payments) Hosting (hosting, collocation, etc.)<\/li>\n
      5. Development and\/or certification of a digital security policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        ATTENTION! In the case of upgrading an existing e-shop, the costs of purchasing equipment are not eligible.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

         <\/p>\n

        SUBMISSION – EVALUATION – INCLUSION – IMPLEMENTATION<\/h4>\n

        In order to receive funding from this Action, a Funding Application must be submitted on an electronic platform that will be announced with the publication of the Detailed Call for Proposals of the Action, to which the following, among others, will be attached:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • List of active activities (KAD) of the company through the website gsis.gr<\/li>\n
        • Documents for the supply of equipment and services for the creation or upgrade of the e-shop of the company<\/li>\n
        • Evidence of the creation\/upgrade of the e-shop (e.g. e-mail address)<\/li>\n
        • Photographs of the Physical Store with its identification and location details visible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The evaluation and approval of grant applications will be immediate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          The main criterion for the evaluation of Existing Businesses is the reduction of the 4th quarter 2020 Operating Turnover compared to the corresponding 4th quarter 2019 Operating Turnover. The percentage reduction must be greater than or equal to 20%. The criterion will not apply to Start-ups.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          In the event that the requests of undertakings meeting the eligibility criteria exceed the available Public Expenditure, the amount will be increased until all the requests are covered.<\/strong><\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
